Haryana INLD Leader Nafe Singh Rathee Shot Dead by Unidentified Gunmen

Chandigarh: Nafe Singh Rathee, the president of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) in Haryana and a former MLA, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Sunday evening. The attack occurred in Jhajjar district while Rathi was travelling in his SUV. Two others accompanying him were also killed, and two more sustained critical injuries.

Rathee and his associates were ambushed by armed men who arrived in another car. The assailants opened fire on the vehicle before fleeing the scene. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, but Rathee was declared dead on arrival. Rakesh Sihag, the head of the INLD’s media cell, confirmed Rathee’s death.

He also contested the Lok Sabha elections from Rohtak and remained actively involved in political activities.
